Where possible I film outside so you can get the full ‘green gym’ effect, complete with birdsong! I am aiming to post a new session weekly, although this does depend a bit on the weather…… The sessions I put up are generally on a theme, such as hip control, glutes, cardio etc, but also will be aimed at different abilities although as with my classes there will be some sessions where I go through the same exercise at different difficulty levels.
